Suggesting upgrading the ADC on MSP430FG6626 from CTSD16 to SD24_B or SD16_A

After looking for much time for a micro-controller that can support:

(1) High resolution ADC such as the SD24_B

(2) LCD

(3) USB

There are no such micro-controllers. Is there a need for this combination from others? The closest I have found is the MSP430FG6626 and although wonderfully small, this device is severely hampered by the CTSD16 ADC, which is less useful even than the older SD16_A. The CTSD16 has a fixed (non-configurable) modulator frequency of fM = 1.024 MHz and a maximum oversampling rate of 256. My application requires a modulation frequency that is a factor of 2 of 32,768 Hz for efficient calcaulations and which can oversample at a minimum of 1024 like all the other SD converters. This converter is really hamstrung by these limitations and possibly not worth TI investing their support efforts in. Why not add SD24_B or SD16_A to this device?
