I have had this issue before, but it has come back. I have a MSP430F5419A doing data aquisition and sending data back to a SBC over a serial port. When the system is first turned on I can download the firmware, but once the SBC gets started it stops my access to the MSP430. I need to debug and it won't stay connected or connect back once the SBC is up. It seemed before that a configuration in CCS was to blame. Is there anything I need to change to fix this issue?
