I met a issue in customer field, about JTAG tools connection.
Customer design used XMS432 from REVB, and XMS432 REVC, their hardware and tools keep same and no changed. They used MSP432 REVC at this time, but find some device can't connect by JTAG tools.
Issue will not happened on any device before REVC.

Tools envirornment:
IAR 7.60.1;
J-LINK;
Also tried "factory Reset", but can't recover device.
Also tried MSP432 LAUNCHPAD + CCS connected to customer's target board, the issue is samed. Message indicated about JTAG DR error.
If it have any request on JTAG PIN?
