Internal Error, Green Led Solid on

An internal error occurred during: "Launching AssemblerPlayground"

I can't seem to debug or load code to my board.

I don't know what I am supposed to do. Its got a solid green LED when plugged in and just keeps saying error for all my projects.
I'm assuming the computer isn't recognizing it?

Any help would be appreciated or how do I reflash it. Its a MSP430F5529 launchPad
