MSP430F5529 Clock freq changing if not debugging

Hi,

I built a project involving msp430f5529 and ads1192. I wrote my code and I debugged it, now it all works well while debugging in ccs. If I power the system up without debugging my code runs faster than normal (I can tell it because of LEDs blinking frequency.

It's like the clock frequency isn't being set up.

What could I have done wrong?
