I have a Problem with Flow measurement by MSP430FR6047.
in a stood still and Flowstatus the TOF change unexpected. i tried to anlye using the OSCi. but the signal on OSCI was stable and good.
the second question ans DTOF = T21-T12, in some Flow it is not clear, because some time i expect a negative flow due to the behaviour od Abs. TOF ups and DNS (see pictures),
but it gives positive Flow. I don't understand how flow is then calculated.
for the same Pipe i used the Demo Board EVM430FR6047 and it was working fine. now i'm using Uart communication, and i 'm not able to use USDC to test my board. that's why i implimented my own communication.
i have also attached the configuration. i tried also the same Configuration as by EVM430FR6047 but they have the same error.
is there anything i have to consider for Uart communication? is there any configuration missing?
an other question is: in the function static HMI_MESSAGE_t HMI_guiInputValidation(void) some times it returns error, even though the condition is not met. i debugged the function and the input was good and in the range. but the MCU returns Error. most affected is DC_User_Params->meter_constant and DC_User_Params->sig_samp_freq
this is stood still . as you can see the TOF has changed to cause change in Flow which was unexpected..
Signal on OSCI.
Different flow with TOF. as you can see the behaviour of abs. TOF for right and left figure is not the same. but both give a positive Flow. but this can also at any time change, but the reference is the same.
and the signal on OSCI. is the same.
