MSP430F6779A: MSP430F6779A: Three Phase Energy meter calibration sources

We would like to calibrate 3phase MSP430F6779A EVM using the calibration method described the video demo using EMDC. 

Using 230V AC - 24 V AC as input voltage with Inductor (1H) and 376.9 Ohms high power resistor in series as load. Is it possible to provide step by step instruction to calibrate all 3 phases using EMDC. 

Also any specific types of inductors we should be looking for.
