EVM430-FR6047: Calibration and hardware design issues

Hello TI experts,

   here are a few questions about calibration and hardware design, Please kindly Point us out

   Since there are many questions, can you help make an appointment for a meeting and focus on communication?

Calibration:'

The following is the current data collection, calibration and test data on the standard calibration bench, there are still some gaps after calibration, and we need to ask TI experts to help guide us to see where we have not operated correctly, and how to do R400, Q2 0.0001L/H

 

  1. Below are our data before and after calibration

2The calibration points are set as follows: 16 flow points, Q4, 4500L/h, Q3, 2000L/h, Q2, Q1, and 5 points are set between Q1 and 0.001

This is the measurement of the USS after calibration, and after selecting the calibration from VFR, it seems to be stable, but it is quite different from the actual flow rate of the standard equipment

 

HW:

  1. For actual water meter products, is it possible to convert JTAG and I2C to USB, and use the adapter board to realize it, instead of designing the USB HUB to the board

2.Can I use the general-purpose JTAG programmer used by other MCUs, or can TI MSP430-RF6047 only use MSP430F5528IRGCR to achieve USB to JTAG

 

3..What is the function of this circuit, what are the benefits of having this circuit, and what background requirements are needed

 

4.slar139aWhat kind of tool software is used to open the reference file in this?

 

  1. Device packaging: Is there a package for MSP430-RF6047 and other devices based on PADS or AD?
