MSP430FR6972: MSP UART IrDA Mode for 38 kHz Modulation

Hello all,

We were using IR transceiver and successfully read and write with the help of IrDA probe. We use 3/16 bit period for this kind of communication.

Since the customer would like to change standart (to IEC62056-21) we need to modify our code as well. Can i adjust modulation frequency (as 38 kHz) for IR signals by using IrDA encoding and decoding registers?
