MSP430FR2433: Reference voltage wake up (ready) time

My customer is using MSP430FR2433xx.

I believe there is delay time between my setting PMMCTL2.INTREFEN and MCU set REFGENRDY.

Do you have max and typ [ms or µs] of specifications?
