MSP430FR2633: Capacitive touch sensitivity

Tool/software:

We are building a product called Smart Lock where multiple modules like touch, NFC, finger print, and much more are present.

We have built the custom touch control board using MSP430FR2633IRHBR.

If we place our finger on the PCB PADs, we are able to detect. We have added the transparent acrilyic sheet to the PCB, and we are able to sense it. but if we add the actual panel, which has the black coating, we are unable to detect the touch sensitivity.

Can anyone suggest if there is any way to increase the sensitivity?
