MSP430F1232: Problems in Release mode

Hi,

could someone please guide me how to sole the issue? after compile the code in debug mode, and program it into the chip, it works in debug mode but after compile in release mode and program the code on the chip it doesn't works . it seems it halted . I can not understand what is going on. shall do some changes in the setting? is it possible the speed of the execution of the code change in this way?
