MSP430F2410: I2C stretching

Hi,

for our application we use the microcontroller I2C port to communicate with a SFP+, scope is to make some stress tests of this interface,

is it possible modify the I2C timing parameters in order to verify if the SFP+ meets the standars, in term of example set-up and hold time?

if this microcontroller doesn't support this function, is there any other p/n to meet this?
