I've been looking into TI launchpad development kits but I'm unsure of which specs I should be focusing on for my application. My application is this: I have two TTL pulse sources at ~10MHz. I want to be able to trigger a counter that counts the number of pulses from both signals simultaneously until it is triggered to stop counting. Then I want to be able to take the ratio of the number of pulses from the two sources and get that ratio. My main concern is whether these launchpad devices will be able to count pulses at this high of frequency. What specs should I be focusing on to make sure that I have a device that can count pulses of this frequency? And if you think a particular device would be best, what would you suggest?
