Delay on UART for MSP430F5438A

Hi,

I rebuild the TI-RTOS echo uart project for MSP430F5529LP and ported on the MSP430F5438A experimenter board.

I configured USCIA0 and USCIA3 and connected each other with an external cable.

I noted the interrupt for the two UART coming from about 30/40 seconds of delay respect of their configuration.

Then, after the first interrupt arrived, the UARTs working well.

What can it happen?
