I'm using MSP430F6x with Li-ion battery power.
I'd like to know, when the battery is empty, and the power output is 0 volt, I'm charging the battery,
soon, output is rising 0 volt to 3V.
Is there any specification for rising voltage rate? ex) xx [volt / msec]
Why I'm asking such a question, I'd like to know that my product is no problem or not when I'm charging the battery
