MSP430FR2633: where is the mechanical and foot print data for this part

Part Number:MSP430FR2633

There's now packaging data in the datasheet for this part MSP430FR2633IRHBT.  There's the drawing for the box it goes in but not the parts themselves.  Was that left off by accident or is it in another doc?
