HELP~~HFXT fault when exit from LMP3 on MSP432P401 revC

There is no HFXT fault if CPU doesn't enter LMP3. When CPU exit form LMP3, i found CPU excute becoming slow.I checked
the MCLK freq by GPIO out, the MCLK was changed to about 5M.It suposed to be 16M, because i use 16M HFXT as the source
of MCLK.
This will not happened when i use the emulator(J-link).

I get the CS registers(after exit from LMP3) by a transceiver as follow:
