I have a question about the accuracy of the on-chip temperature sensor. Reading about the T sensor from various documents, I’m a bit confused as to the accuracy specification.
I have implanted equation on section 1.14.3.3 of User Guide for the 2.0 V reference in my code. By doing this can I say that the reading will be within +/- 3% within the range of 30 to 85C? This is my assumption.
Am I correct about this? Must I do further corrections to get this +/- 3% accuracy?
