CC2650 No clock and no detection on JTAG with a new board

Hi,

I've no experience yet with TI microcontroller.

I've done a board with the CC2650 microcontroller based on the TI reference TIDA-00374

So far, the power seems to be good including the CC2650 internal DC/DC, but I cannot get the board detected by the JTAG Programmer.

I've check the Quartz and see no clock. Before spending time debugging the clock, does the CC2650 need the clock to communicate on the JTAG or it uses the JTAG clock ?

As I guess (from my experience with other chip) the CC2560 shall support different clock mode and thus use the jtag clock for detection and programming..
