System with two MSP devices

Hi,

In my customer’s system, there are two MSP devices on one board.
One is F5255, another is FR2311.

Both MSP devices share the same power supply (2.5V) and connected via UART interface.
Each software is updated by spi-by-wire separately.
Spi-by-wire signals are not shared. Each MSP device has its own spi-by-wire connector.

While one device is written by spi-by-wire, another device is always power-on.
In this case, is there any potential issue ?
For example, customer needs to make sure no UART signal toggled by another side ?
